Online Registration

• Online registration may be paid by by VISA or Master Card only
• Waiver is incorporated into the online applications, therefore no waiver to sign on race day
• OAT One-day fees and race insurance are incorporated into all race fees
• The correct t-shirt size, and in some cases a t-shirt, cannot be guaranteed for any entry submitted less than 14 days before a race weekend

 

Athena and Clydesdale No Longer A Category

At the annual OAT race directors' meeting in November 2009 an agreement was made to no longer offer a Clydesdale/Athena category in Ontario. Clydesdale/Athena is not recognized as an official category by OAT, Triathlon Canada or ITU and has only been included in a limited number of events in Ontario. We recognize that some athletes have come to expect that this category will be offered however for the sake of consistency that will no longer be the case."

We respect OAT's decision and know that all athletes competing by age group will still be fun and competitive.

Multi Race Discount

• The Multi Race Discount System is back again in 2010 - the more races you enter, the more you save

• PLEASE NOTE THE MULTI RACE DISCOUNT ONLY APPLIES WHEN YOU REGISTER FOR ALL OF THE RACES AT THE SAME TIME

 

GST and HST

Prices shown do not include taxes. GST (5%) will be added on all race entries up until April 30, 2010. Effective May 1, 2010 HST (13%) will be added to all race fees for races taking place after July 1, 2010.

ALL race entries include a Technical Shirt at NO EXTRA CHARGE (retail value $40)

 

Online and Fax registration will close at 9AM the Thursday before a race weekend with the following exceptions: Thursday at 1PM for Gravenhurst & Bracebridge and Friday at 9AM for Binbrook and Bala Falls.

KOS Awards

Each child will receive a Participation Medal. In the spirit of participation there will be no Age Group Awards for children's events.

T-Shirt Information

To receive a Tech Tee with the race logo specific to that race you will need to be entered 10 days before the race. If you enter within 10 days of the race you will still receive a Tech Tee but it may be a generic HSBC Triathlon Series Tech Tee.

Late Registration Policy

We are trying to make entry as easy as possible and believe that our late fee policy will accommodate everyone's schedule. There will be a $10 late fee entry for any race entry postmarked or received via fax or online 10 days or less prior to the weekend of a race (the late fee starts on the WEDNESDAY of the week preceding race week). Entering a race on the weekend of a race will be subject to a $15 late fee.
