| Rectangular shaped course in the Moon River. Average temperature 76-80F. | |

| Rolling out-&-back course with some steeper grades in the first/last 3km. | |
| Run — 7.5km | |
| A combination of steady grades on paved roads and some sharper pitches on cottage roads. | |
